The COVID-19 pandemic that hit the world at the end of 2019 caused many changes in economic flows, especially those related to the
movement of goods and capital. On the other hand, the existential crisis caused by the pandemic resulted in the supply chain becoming
the number one area of interest of the wider community, and logistics, as one of the links in the supply chain, gaining in importance as a
factor in the survival of companies in the market. In such conditions, without clearly defined indicators and their continuous monitoring
and analysis within the logistics department, the company can hardly build a flexible and resilient supply chain and thus ensure business
continuity. Taking into account the above, the paper presents some of the possible performance indicators that can be monitored as such
within the logistics department.
